Workshops that Light the Way - Without Dimming Your Spark

My workshops are designed to help college students, and corporate teams move forward confidently in their careers without losing what makes them unique. My sessions go beyond the basics of interview prep and career development - they’re about showing up as your full, authentic self and succeed professionally because of it.

My mission is to challenge the outdated idea that success means fitting into a mold. Through bold, interactive sessions, I teach participants how to stand out by being real, communicating with impact, and thriving in professional spaces while staying grounded in who they are.

Let’s redefine what “professional” looks like - together.

  • Get The Interview

How to actually land the interview - without cold applying into the void. Students will learn how to stop relying on job boards and start being strategic about getting noticed. We’ll cover how to tailor a resume that speaks to what employers are actually looking for, how to write a confident LinkedIn DM that doesn’t feel cringe, and how to track down the right contacts when applying.

  • Interview As The Real You

Most students think they need to memorize perfect answers to crush an interview - but that’s not what gets you hired. Interviewers want to see the real you - your energy, your story, your vibe. We’ll talk about how to pull real-life stories that answer common questions naturally - no script required. When your answers come from your truth, you don’t need to fake anything. This is how you stand out: not by being perfect, but by being you - polished, prepared, and unapologetically real.

  • Elevator Pitch Jam

Not having anything ready when someone asks “So, tell me about yourself?” is a recipe for giving a blank stare in response. But being too scripted can make you sound stiff, rehearsed, and totally not you. We will go over how to craft a go-to personal pitch that feels natural, memorable, and easy to say. So when the moment comes, it rolls off the tongue instead of crashing into panic mode.

  • The Follow-Up Formula

What you do after the interview, (or networking convo, sales pitch, or coffee chat) matters just as much as what you said during it. This session teaches how to write follow-ups that feel personal, professional, and purposeful — not pushy or robotic. We’ll cover timing, tone, and exactly what to say to stay top-of-mind and build lasting connections.

  • The Confidence Cheat Code

You know you deserve this job, heres how to act like it Learn mindset shifts and tactical tips to quiet impostor syndrome, manage interview nerves, and walk into career spaces with clarity and presence. This isn’t about faking it. It’s about learning how to trust yourself and speak with conviction, even when you’re still figuring it all out. Confidence isn’t about being loud. It’s about being grounded in who you are

  • Become a Master Negotiator

Ask for more - and get it. Negotiating your first job offer can feel scary, but leaving alot more money on the table? Thats ACTUALLY scary. We will cover how to confidently advocate for yourself when it matters most. Even if you’ve never done it before. We’ll cover what’s normal to ask for, how to approach the conversation without sounding ungrateful, and simple scripts to help students speak up clearly and professionally.

  • Office Culture Decoded

Navigate the workplace without code-switching your whole personality. The unspoken rules of the workplace - finally explained. We’ll cover what to wear (think: your personal style, just with a little more edge and intention than your college fit), how to talk to coworkers and managers in a way that still feels you, and how to read the room - “she ate that” might be okay… but it depends on the vibe.

  • WFH & Hybrid Vibes

The do’s and don’ts of working from your couch — and still being taken seriously. We will break down how to show up professionally in remote and hybrid environments, while still maintaining boundaries and balance. We’ll cover communication expectations, calendar etiquette, what to wear (yes, even on Zoom), and how to build trust with your team — from wherever you are. Comfort and confidence can coexist.

  • Networking that feels Natural

Networking doesn’t have to be cringey, transactional, or fake. Learn how to build real connections - whether it’s reaching out on LinkedIn, keeping in touch after an internship, or turning a random convo into a career opportunity. We’ll cover what to say, why it's so important to do, and how to network in a way that actually feels good - not forced.  Because good things come to those who... hit send.

  • Crush Your 1:1s With Your Boss

1:1s aren’t supposed to be scary… but they’re not just casual catch-ups either. This workshop is all about learning how to navigate the gray area - where you’re giving your boss the clarity they need without oversharing, under-sharing, or stressing the entire time. We’ll go over what to cover in these 1:1s, how to prep, and how to use these meetings to build trust and momentum - so your manager knows you’re on it, and you know you’re supported.

  • Group Chats & Coworkers

When you’re starting a new job, you meet a lot of people - and hopefully, a lot of them you actually like. But that can get confusing fast. Are they coworkers? Friends? Both? Figure out how to navigate work relationships with clarity and confidence. Can you say that dark joke? Should you reply with a meme? Is it okay to vent? There’s a balance - and I’m here to help you find it. Because being yourself at work is the goal - you just have to read the room.

  • Balance, Boundaries & Burnout

The pressure to be the perfect new hire - always available, always agreeable, always on - is real. But saying “yes” to everything is the fastest route to burnout. Learn how to set healthy boundaries early in your career: around communication, capacity, availability, and even email timing. We’ll talk about how to say no (without guilt), how to protect your peace, and how to make sure you’re growing - not just grinding. Because being a great employee shouldn’t come at the cost of your mental health.
