After graduating from the Fisher School of Business at Ohio State University, I began my corporate career as a Sales Representative. Like many young professionals, I was excited, nervous, and curious about what the future held. I navigated that first year by seeking guidance from mentors, learning invaluable lessons along the way.

Over time, I developed a reputation for showing up with confidence and competence. In new roles, colleagues would often assume I had years of experience in the industry. Interviewers frequently remarked on my preparation, even when I had short notice, often calling it one of the best interviews they had ever conducted. I’ve received offers over candidates with decades more experience - proof that success isn't just about what's on paper, it’s about how you show up. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with C-suite executives at multimillion-dollar companies to guide strategic initiatives. I’ve supported hundreds of health care professionals in optimizing their private practices. I’ve also managed the marketing efforts of a billion dollar pharmaceutical biologic during a critical restructuring of their business. But the most rewarding part of my journey has been mentoring professionals and helping them thrive.
